Steps to add to home screen
iPhone (Safari)
- Open goodoutings.com in Safari.
- Tap the Share button .
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Keep Open as Web App turned on if you see it, then tap Add. The Good Outings icon now appears on your home screen.
Android (Chrome)
- Open goodoutings.com in Chrome.
- Tap the menu .
- Tap Install app. On newer versions this is Install and create shortcut, then Install.
- Confirm when Chrome asks. The Good Outings icon now appears on your home screen.

Do I need to download an app?
No. Good Outings is a website. Adding it to your home screen puts an icon on your phone that opens the site. There is nothing to download from an app store.
Do I need an account?
No. Good Outings has no accounts or sign-up. The outings you save with the heart stay in your browser on your phone and are not sent anywhere.
Does it work without a signal?
Outings you saved with the heart open without a signal, and so do pages you have visited recently. A page you have not opened yet needs a connection. Saved cards show the details from the last time you opened My saved outings online, so check each card's source link for the latest once you are back online.
Why don't I see Add to Home Screen on my iPhone?
